The Client (you) will agree to and acknowledge the
following:

The Artist (Homoconfused/azimaac) has the right to refuse any
commission they don’t feel comfortable with

• Client agrees the commission will be for personal use only, such as: pfps, social media, phone
backgrounds, etc.• Client agrees that no piece created by the Artist will be used for Client’s own profit• Client need to NOT FORGET about Currency Differential• Payments will be made only through Paypal, it will be sent by the Artist and the Client agrees to pay within a week (7 days) since the link is send• If payment is not received by the end of that week, the commission will be considered canceled• Client acknowledges base prices are not final prices; final price will be subject to specific commission requirements on a case-by-case basis• Artist will not begin work until payment is made• Client acknowledges that refunds are not guaranteed once the Client sends in approval for the sketch phase, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis• Refunds will be given if the Artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason pertaining to the Artist’s life circumstances• Artist has the right to issue a refund at any time or stage if they do not feel comfortable with the Artist-Client interaction• Artist reserves all rights to their artwork, including but not limited to, the right to reproduction

• If any aspect of the final product is deemed incorrect by the Client due to the Client’s reference/ information given to the Artist, the Artist will not make corrections to the commission and the commission is ineligible for refund• Artist has the right to publish their commissions on their social medias (if the Client intends for the commission to be a private piece, it must be made known before the commission is worked on)• Client will not remove the Artist’s signature from the
finished product• Upon approval of the sketch phase, the Client is considered as having given their full satisfaction
with the direction of the commission, and no further
revisions will be made (with the exception of minor color changes)• Artist will not be asked to draw in a different style
than what is presented in their current artwork• Artist will communicate strictly through email, discord or twitter (but recommend to communicate via email),
which the Client will supply when filling out the commission form. No other form of communication will be substituted unless agreed upon between
Artist and Client.• Terms of Service Agreement are agreed by the client as soon as they have paid• If the Client is a repeat client of the Artist, the Client agrees to read the TOS completely, despite having signed the TOS previously, due to the fact the artist updates their TOS regularly• The Client is responsible for providing a clear idea of what they want in the commission, and will need to include it in the commission form when filling it out• The Client will NOT send reference of their character until the Artist has reached out to them about their commission form via email
